Fee Schedule March 2023

Please note GST is payable on private assessments.

Private Care and Control/Custody Assessments

Includes

  • A document review (medical reports, affidavits, report cards). The fee would be higher if travel is involved, a large document review is necessary or changes to the client’s situation during the course of the assessment. Additional fees will be billed at 175.00 per hour or at agency approved rate.
  • There will be additional fees for court appearances billed at 600.00 for half a day.
$5,000 - 6,000

Private Guardianship Assessments

  • Legal Aid and Child and Family Services Assessments are billed based on approved rates.
$2,100 - 2,500

Parent Capacity Assessments

  • Billed at Legal Aid and/or Child and Family Services approved rates.
$2,500 - 3,000

Private Counselling

  • Other counselling is billed at rates approved of by the funding body including FNHIB, Jordan’s Principle, Child and Family Service agencies, Compensation for Victims of Crime and private insurers.
$175 /hr
